My granddaughter and her mother were treated without respect, seems to be a money grabbing business, with little regard for welfare of the children. Very rude ignorant staff. I myself went with my daughter and granddaughter to one of their money making competitions, wasn't impressed, monarchs staff were unhelpful and dismissive. They are only trained to do one simple routine, at different competitions over and over again. Definitely stay away mums and dad's unless you want your child upset...
