Molly’S Little Minnows

My daughter has been swimming with Molly a couple of months now, and has come on leaps and bounds after previously being with a different swim school. Molly is so friendly and encouraging, and my daughter trusts her implicitly.

Booked and paid for 10 weeks 1:2 for my boys. Had to stop and start due to lockdown etc but nearing the last few sessions I asked about badges. I was told that there were no badges that term because of lockdown and stopping/starting of the lessons. Apparently an email was sent out advising parents of this? I received no email. I was told badges would be done in the next term? I wasn’t signing onto the next term, so my kids swam for a full term, turned up to every lesson and was given no bad...

Not an ounce of compassion. Not even for long standing customers such as ourselves. The uncertainty of the pandemic forced us to cancel our next block of lessons. We're owed 4 lessons from the previous block and I think she was expecting us to just walk away. We had to chase her to rearrange the 4 lessons we were owed from before lockdown as they clashed with our child starting school.
