  • Cannot recommend Jen at mojo fit highly enough. I did some pregnancy PT sessions (at my house - amazing!) and then some post natal PT and also use the post natal online course and all of it together means that I recovered much more quickly from my second C section than the first time round. Jen is great, tailors each session to how energetic (or not!) you are feeling and just basically knows exactly which areas to work on during pregnancy and beyond. Thank you Jen!

  • Even if you haven't run before, but fancy the idea of running, then this is the running group to join! Jen is a great running leader and is very knowledgeable, passionate and professional and above all caring. When you join the group, your needs are listened to and advice, encouragement and support is given by Jen (and Jess) throughout, as opposed to any pressure.

  • Jen and her team are enthusiastic, professional and motivating. I’ve been going to their Monday night run club for almost a year and also completed the Holistic Core Restore course with Jen. Both have been so great for my well-being, mental health and fitness - really enjoy meeting with other mums / women in the area, whilst also doing a good distance run without feeling like it’s hard work at all (because the social aspect is just so nice).   • Jess has been putting me through my paces for 8 months now and it’s been great! Every week the PT workout is different and she clearly explains each step and how it helps me. I’ve found my weekly sessions to be hugely beneficial and noticed a real change in my general fitness levels. Jess knows when to push me and when I need a bit more slack and each week is a (good) challenge. She is also super patient when i can’t get a grip on my coordination and when the dog wants to be a part of the act...

  • Jen and Jess are so good at encouraging anyone, even total beginners, into running. Their sessions go at just the right pace, and there are plenty of helpful tips for technique and using your body in a healthy way throughout each one. I’d highly recommend signing up, even if you’ve never run before!
