  • Mo is a professional and energetic PT as always. Since I haven’t been here for a long time, I’m a total beginner in gym, although I’ve been doing self training for over 3 years. With his instruction, I can feel the improvement of my full body. I do enjoy every session with him, keeping me away from depression and exhaustion after Uni life. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced fanatic , he is alway the best choice for you☺️☺️

  • I would highly recommend Mo as a personal trainer, a very devoted personal trainer who goes out of his way to provide the best service. This is coming from a person who has suffered a meniscus tear on the lateral side of the knee, Mo was able to tailor a plan which has not only relieved my symptoms, but I have been able to build muscle which has improved the range of motion in my leg.

  • I was looking for an effective and efficient way to improve my overall health and fitness. Mo has been great and I always look forward to our sessions as they give me energy for the rest of the day.   • I have only had my first week with Mo, but has been great. Im super unfit not exercised for 6+ years and covid has not had great effect on my lungs but after 2 sessions with Mo im feeling positive, can already feel an improvement in my breathing and have lost some weight as an added bonus.
