My son goes here and he loves it. He was a very shy lad and did not mingle well with other kids, but since starting at this club he has gained so much confidence and made many new friends. I can not thank them enough for what they have done for him.

Fantastic club! No egos, so you’re guaranteed a friendly welcome. The instructors are so supportive and passionate about what they do, which drives you to do better. The knowledge and experience of the instructors and fellow members is incredible! For self-defence, look no further.

Fantastic club, fantastic members based around a fantastic family ethos set by the instructors. Friendly, and non judgemental, great for beginners and/or experienced practitioners, really is something for everyone. Also a second to non physio support.
