  • Mike is a legend, I met with a few PT's before deciding to sign up with MJH and straight away I loved his approach. He is knowlegable, professional and very easy to talk to. It's not just about getting fit and lifting weights with Mike, he's all about the whole picture and has been a ear to listen and a real support helping with nutrition and mindset too. Can't recommend him enough

  • As a 50+ Desk worker life has added some pounds round the middle and Mike was set the challenge to restore some balance into my mid-life! First job was to restore my stamina so I could keep up with my 4&6 yr olds. Achieved. Next was to sustain my fitness to start to transform me from middle aged spread to middle aged less spread.
