I attended First Aid for Mental Health. The venue was easy to find with accurate directions to the suggested car parks. I found the training room to be very pleasant and comfortable with a nice selection of refreshments. The course tutor was very knowledgeable and easy to speak with, he obviously had a very detailed background in the subject matter. Was absolutely dreading a first aid course, but this one was fantastic, best I have ever been on. Michelle was an excellent trainer, so knowledgeable and clearly loves what she does which shows through with the training she provided. The facilities were absolutely fantastic and at an easy to find central location. Would not hesitate to book again and have been recommending to others.
