Mizukara Karate Club Mizukara Martial Arts is a group of Karate, Fitness & Tai Chi clubs brought together in Bangor and Newtownards. We help children & adults develop their self-confidence and fitness. With over twenty five years of experience our martial arts and general fitness classes have something for everyone. We belief in quality coaching and training. Almost all our students that train from a child into their teens, become international athlete. As a result we have helped coach numerous students to European and World medals and titles.
