  • Mish is an excellent trainer and motivator. I was not confident when I started but I have full confidence now to go our and join gym and even do workout at home with her techniques. She motivated me and was very kind to be flexible when I was not able to keep my Schedule. Very pleasant to work with abs time flies when you are with her. Thank you so much Mish.
