  • I’ve been training with Matt at Mint Fitness for just over a year now. I can safely say that this training session has become my favourite part of the week. Before Mint Fitness, I had been to gyms in the past, I’d worked out and played some sports occasionally, but I’d never really committed to making a sustainable, positive change to my lifestyle. At first I thought I would just go along for a couple of months, get a little bit stronger, feel a little better about myself, and then I would p...

  • As someone who just can't see themselves signing up to one of those larger chain gyms, this has been the perfect place to go for a more private and focused training experience. Absolutely top-notch equipment in a clean and well set up space. With friendly and enthusiastic trainers and an emphasis on efficient, high-intensity sessions which really get results. Matt has the very best equipment and he got the training just right for my current level of fitness - pushed me just enough to feel like I had a great workout. If you're in your 40's or 50's in a sedentary job and you want to get fitter and healthier book a session with Matt at Mint Fitness.

  • Mint fitness is an excellent one to one personal trainer programme. No need to spend hours and hours pounding away on the treadmill - these are quick half an hour sessions designed around your own timetable, ability and endurance. After a couple of weeks you can really start feeling the difference, its as if you go to the gym three days a week. The personal trainers are friendly and approachable and easy to get on with. The workouts are demanding but you really do feel like you have had a goo...
