I booked a £3200 barber course over 1 year in advance with this business for 2025. My personal financial circumstances changed and - still a year in advance as we speak - I requested a refund of my funds and offered MINT a £200 admin fee as a gesture of goodwill. They refused even though the course date was never advertised or planned for 12 months in advance. Not happy at all and seeking legal action.
