Probably the best gym I’ve ever consistently used. Amazing range of equipment, super friendly staff, never over full and has a great no nonsense attitude. Looking for a place to get fit, this is the one!

Amazing gym, have pretty much every machine you can think of plus more. Extremely friendly staff and good choice of shakes to have as well. Very clean and such a good atmosphere, Will be visiting again when i'm down south again

Great selection of equipment and despite being a popular gym there is always something free pretty quickly. Most people are friendly and the price is very reasonable for the selection on offer. Definitely recommend for anyone into their bodybuilding too. Plenty of knowledge in the gym and from the trainers.

Fantastic gym! been training in mof for over a year now and cant see myself going anywhere else but there. Great and friendly stuff, the gym always clean and tidy with great range of equipments. Ministry feel likes home every time time you stepping in.
