There is a large variety of adult classes, taught with clear instructions and friendliness. Great place to spend an evening making friends and moving.

Brilliant place to escape to classes, everyone is friendly and accepting whatever your ability, dance is a great way to keep fit in my 50's and Miss Tracy knows just how far to stretch you! Thanks
