Mindfulism® At Mindful People Commmunuty

I would highly recommend the 8 week MBSR course with Rachele Smith. I have just completed the course and found it very insightful and helpful in gaining more mindfulness in my life. Rachele was a great teacher, very kind and compassionate and flexible! I learned a lot from her.

I love the regular emails I receive from Mindful People Community and can't wait to attend their Yoga class. I've been unable as something has come up every time the last few weeks I've wanted to attend with my friend so please hang in there and give me another chance to book for the yoga! My first mindful walk with Rachele, thank you. I loved sharing time, personal experience and silence with a group of people I just met!
