  • Tim teaches mindfulness as a quality that can be integrated into all aspects of your life. He shows the practical suggestions within his teachers course, and as a teacher is open to listening and is very attentive.

  • This is a great place to start, develop or revisit mindfulness in a playful, curious way. Taking the time to invest in a weekly course will help you to tilt your view of the world, even if only slightly, to get back on that even keel we are all looking for.
