  • I have just started the women’s boxing class on a Saturday morning. I had previously attended a boxing class which finished and I struggled to find another women’s only in south London that looked friendly! Simone has been extremely welcoming and couldn’t have done more to make me feel involved!   • Simone is a brilliant trainer - energetic, motivating and tough! Online classes saved me during Covid and the Monday night online class 7pm is with a very supportive group of people who welcome newcomers. A shared PT session each week on Zoom is cost effective, sociable and accessible. I only wished Simone lived in West Sussex so I could train regularly face to face !

  • I have been training with Simone for a few years now, firstly with my husband and now one-to-one. I absolutely love our sessions, they are the perfect mix of tough but fun. It's the only exercise I have sustained since having my two kids and I'm finally at my target weight, thanks to Simone!
