  • Working out with Reece is one of the hours in my day that I look forward to the most. His approach using mindfulness as the key in the session helps me not only achieve my training goals but also reconnects me in my other daily tasks (or problems) that I also need to accomplish. If you want more out of your gym sessions connect with Reece!

  • Reece is incredible. Not only does he totally understand the individual, he absolutely gets the difficulty of getting started and maintaining enthusiasm and drive to attain your goals. He’s a phenomenal trainer in all areas of health and fitness and his dedication, encouragement and a passion is unrivalled. • Will never regret starting my fitness journey with Reece and Mind Muscle Motive. The personally designed programme has supported me physically and mentally. Reece has helped me a lot with reaching my goals and continues to challenge in a very supportive way. Keeping goal focussed helps keep me on track and along with that the workouts are fun, relaxed and enjoyable. If you want to change your lifestyle and meet fitness goals then this is the place to do it.

Looking forward to keeping training hard! 💪🏻
