Milton Keynes Cookery School

Completed the knife skills course. It was so fantastic, really friendly instruction and we did so much more than I was expecting. The food was absolutely delicious - I wasn’t expecting to eat so much! Definitely don’t eat beforehand, you’ll regret it! If you enjoy cooking this course is for you, we learned so much. Will definitely book onto another.

Had a really good evening here learning about knife skills. Learnt way more than I expected, loved the butchery and filleting... who knew?! Revelation of the evening was the correct way to chop a pepper and crush garlic. Going home to practice my julienne! In fact we're planning the next class already.

Attended a knife course which was quite good for beginners to learn kitchen knife skills. Chopping and butchering as well as filleting were covered. The school itself is a bit hard to find but is well run with friendly staff.

Attended the Knife Skills evening course and it was fantastic - really well prepared and delivered, friendly instructors who encourage you to ask questions and practice lots! Easy location to find and mice intimate place to learn with a small group of people. Would absolutely recommend to anyone!
