Mikes Guitar Lessons

Mike is the best guitar teacher I have ever had the pleasure of learning with. Mike focuses on what you enjoy and what you want to play, rather than a strict curriculum. This makes the lessons incredibly enjoyable and thus progress happens quickly. I can't recommend enough and hope to take up lessons again sometime soon.

Mikey has taught me for a few years now. He is unbelievably patient, knowledgeable and is himself an incredible musician which I believe to be an important factor. He listens to what I WANT to learn and helps guide me accordingly, as a PERSONAL teacher/coach should. His fees are also absolutely worth it. I couldn't recommend Mikey highly enough. If you want someone who is not only professional and passionate but who genuinely takes about you and your progress then he is your man.

Mikes an excellent teacher, really calm and focussed on what you like to play. His lessons are very enjoyable and he can teach old dogs new tricks!

I contacted Mike when I was having lessons elsewhere, was playing to Rockschool Grade 3 standard and was in a band but I was not progressing with my playing - I seemed to have hit a wall and wasn't going forward. Mike immediately identified errors in my playing technique and taught me basic techniques I'd never been shown before.
