Wonderful Zoom class with Momo, and my first attempt at making baklava. Also cooked delicious Ouzi (chicken, pea, cashew and rice filo parcels). Fitted lots in to this well structured class. A very successful introduction to Syrian cookery. Thank you Momo and all the Migrateful team.

I just enjoyed eating a delicious plate of Jollof Rice and Keleweley that I cooked myself thanks to the wonderful instruction of Kay, who came to the UK from Ghana. I am so grateful for the experience and sharing a special 90-minutes together with Kay and other cooks from all over the UK. This was a birthday present and what a wonderful gift! Thank you to all involved. A brilliant initiative I will be all too happy to be part of again soon.

We had a wonderful time cooking with Metal. A very interesting lady who was kind enought to share with us three lovely dishes. so impressed we booked more classes straight away!
