I live in Surrey. After an email enquiry seeking advice over 2 discharged powder extinguishers, they were super helpful, ringing me swiftly. A few weeks later, whilst visiting relatives, I managed to exchange the old extinguishers for new foam ones, following expert knowledge and advice. Well worth the journey. Great advice and great value replacements too!
