  • I love this yoga class. Michelle is a superb teacher who really knows her stuff. She always recognises us as individuals, reminding us to do what's right for us, not to push to far if we have an injury. She's also a lot of fun. After every class, I feel better than before I went in. Highly recommended.

  • I have been going to yoga classes with Michelle for quite a few years, and I couldn’t recommend highly enough. After a long day at work the best decompress is a hours yoga with Michelle. An hour of stretching & breathing makes you feel so good physically and mentally. Michelle lets you go at your own pace, but will give you options at all different levels to achieve your goal

  • I love the sessions precisely because they are fun socially as well as a chance to connect with the body. Michelle's approach allows for flow and adaptation so you are never forced to be in a position which has happened to me before and I have been injured. There is a nice atmosphere of allowing which is very important for people with sensitive nervous systems like mine.

  • I have been attending Michelle’s yoga sessions for the last 4 years including online during Covid. Michelle gives excellent instructions and her sessions are varied and interesting. Michelle is passionate about yoga and this is evident during practice. I have never felt unsafe during sessions and I have been able to concentrate on my own practice.

  • Michelle is supportive to all levels who attend her classes. Offers alternative positions/poses when needed. Friendly, fun and calming during relaxation. I would highly recommend her to anyone who's looking for or thinking of joining a yoga class.
