  • I'm not keen on exercise but wanted to improve my health. My husband got Michael round and I really enjoyed his sessions. I've trained with personal trainers before but Michael's knowledge and attention to details was a level above what I've experienced before.

  • Coxy is a fantastic coach, his group sessions never disappoint and the exercises are mixed up to give you a great all round workout. I’ve now given up my gym membership as I get a thorough workout with Fired Up Fitness. Every session I’ve been to has been different but always left me sweating and geared up for the day!
