Terrible!!! scruffy looking entrance , very poorly maintained throughout from the lane surface which was uneven, to the balls which are pitted and not smooth definitely not worth the money. Seat area worn and torn. Whole place is just old and dated .Will not return and not recommend. Only good point was guy behind the desk who was polite and helpful .Worst bowling experience ever. Plus it was freezing cold even the staff had their coats on

Half of these reviews are just over exaggerated and malicious. No need to point out the staff's imperfections within these ridiculous 'reviews'. If you don't like the prices or how old the place is or even dislike the staff, then do everybody a favour and stay home or go somewhere else. Some people need to get a life instead of trying to bring these workers down with blatant lies.

Don't go there!!! Had B day party for my son, he said it was worst day in his life. Nothing was organised, children wasn't told how to play, where to get bowling balls. Parry was delayed 20 min, we had been waiting 25 min for food. Food wasn't checked before serve , no temperature taken. When asked for temp recorsd woman just walked out from there. Been to a child’s birthday party today! Absolutely disgusting service!! The woman cooking didn’t have the children’s meals ready after the bowling had finished, she said no one told her they had finished playing!! Then we watched her cooking & she didn’t even probe the food! Chicken nuggets and burgers…no temps taken!!! When I questioned her she said I checked them before they went in!!! Before???? Cold??? I work in catering and food especially meat should be probed & 75 degrees or hotter!!! ...

The staff was helpful, place hasn't changed really since I was a child, my husband my children and I had a fun hour out of the house, sure things could do with updating like new balls ect and a bit of renovation but it didn't really affect much. The lanes did need resetting and only managed to get through a game and half before the hour ended.
