  • I started training with Michael back in 2021 with an initial goal of just being able to do a single pull-up. In the time since then, not only have I progressed to doing multiple pull-ups in a row, but when my husband saw how much progress I was making and fun I was having he decided to join the sessions too!   • I started training with Michael in October after a 2-year break from doing any resistance training due to various injuries. Michael has helped me back into weights and has helped me back to competing in Judo and Jujitsu. Michael has a great understanding of the body and has helped me train around injuries and niggles.
