Meriel Angharad

Meriel is an amazing teacher. I have been practicing yoga with Meriel my teacher for more than 5 years. Not only has Meriel made me stronger in my practice, with clear strong classes. Meriel has also helped me understand how yoga doesn't stop on the mat but how to bring into my life and help me understand and overcome some very challenging situations. Amazing teacher thank you Meriel.

can not say enough wonderful things about Meriel. She introduced me to Yoga around five years ago and completely changed my life. Her clear instructions, positive encouragement, caring and genuine commitment to developing the practise of yoga is inspiring and enlightening. After her classes, I always feel restored and refreshed, with a peaceful body, mind and spirit. I can not recommend her classes enough!!!

I have attended Meriel's yoga classes since she first started on this journey and she is a natural and gifted teacher. Her practice is underpinned by a strong spirituality but she remains completely down to earth in her approach to teaching. I find her classes (and retreats) are fantastic for building strength in both body and soul.

I find Meriel’s method of teaching energising, restorative and uncomplicated. She clearly knows her stuff and makes fantastic posture adjustments during class which I find makes all the difference. I have attended her classes and retreats and can thoroughly recommend her as one of the best yoga teachers I have had.

I’ve been doing Meriel’s yoga class for a few years and more recently her meditation session and moon gatherings. Meriel is professional, knowledgable, sympathetic, compassionate, spiritual; she has so much to offer. Her class is not only rich in technical details which benefited me a great deal, but also touches on the yogic philosophy guiding the student to go so much further than what is on surface. I can’t recommend her class enough!
