Merbabies Swim School

Both my children have attended merbabies since 3 weeks old. They deliver a first class service. The staff are always so welcoming and form great relationships. Both my children are confident in the water and are learning basic steps to keep themselves safe. They have also developed their social skills through interactions with others their age. If you are looking for a swim class for your wee ones then look no further merbabies are amazing Rachel and scott

We love Merbabies, my little one has been going since she was around 3 months old, and has loved every minute in the water. The teachers are so caring and patient, ensuring all the children are developing and learning positively. We will hopefully be attending for many more sessions too.

My local swimming pool had lessons and we tried them. But when my son turned 3 years old, they decided that I was not allowed to be in the pool with my son and I had to give him tough love. He was not ready to swim by himself yet! Merbabies welcomed us with open arms and teaches my son at his own pace. He is now super confident and independent and loves all the fun activities Lorna and Nicola plan every week. Thank you!

Paid £50 thinking it was the price as that’s what the advert and booking page says but it turns out that is a non refundable deposit and you are signing up to a month long rolling contract. Doesn’t say that front and centre but it should! You’ll find it if you scroll right through the terms and conditions. My son wasn’t engaged with the class as it was too basic for him. He’s 4. I’m sure the baby classes are fine but the preschool one is too basic. Can’t get my money back and have to give 3...

Fantastic lessons! Always great fun and my little girl came on leaps and bounds in no time. Great pace and child led. Happy with our experience and would highly recommend.
