Really poor service. Committed to providing a service, which they did not execute. No training went to plan with issues every time. No attempt to resolve the situation + poor attitude.

All I need to do is book a refresher course, the woman I was put in contact with is blunt and very unhelpful. had to follow up questions she clearly dosent care. I wouldn't recommend anyone go here

Don’t normally write reviews, but in this instance I think Paul Kilby deserves recognition as I was quite nervous going into this and Paul’s abilities to settle my nerves was amazing… everything I didn’t understand was simplified for me … credit to your company … I’ve spoke to my manager to request we have him again…. Our instructor Tony (not ant) was one of the best instructors I’ve ever dealt with. Friendly, knowledgeable, clear and fair. Usually I dread these courses but this one was a pleasure.
