Mental Mutts

Elsa has been helping myself and my rescue dog over the last 6 months and I cannot recommend her and Mental Mutts enough. Having just finished a 6 week course with my teenaged pup, I can’t thank Elsa enough. Tarot has picked up so many good habits and has come out the other side a different dog. Elsa is incredibly knowledgable with a very human touch and has a real way with dogs. She always works to the needs of the whole group and really helps out by focusing in on specific dogs if they need a little bit of extra support. We have just completed a 6 week 'reactive rebels' course with Elsa and we have gained so much more confidence in handling our staffy Bia. Elsa is patient and knowledgeable and clearly loves and cares about all dogs. She has also given up her own time to get to know Bia and seems to truly understand her. Elsa has been working with our dog Maple for 6 weeks now, and even in that short time we've seen a big improvement in her behaviour. We've also benefitted hugely from Elsa's knowledge and we now feel more confident in how to help Maple cope with things that trigger her. After 6 weeks of puppy training not only has my little fur baby learned many new skills but I am much better equipped to continue to train him with positive techniques that I can apply every day. Elsa has been wonderful, providing a structured incremental course with excellent communication before and after each class. Our classmates were also all lovely !
