Mel has helped me massively by writing me a personalised training plan and food diary, to help me tone for summer!   • Melissa is a first class personal trainer. If you have low confidence, need to lose some weight (for a wedding dress), or just need to get fitter, then I can wholeheartedly recommend Melissa. She has a proven track record of clients getting fitter and losing fat (with photos as evidence). She practices what she preaches, unlike personal trainers in large commercial gyms.
