In pursuit of that goal, founders Rob Phipps and Harry Hortyn built our sister company, Oxford Summer Courses, into the award winning summer course provider that it is today. As the company grew, so did their vision; what about delivering this experience to students who couldn't travel to the United Kingdom? And so in 2020, Melio was born, to connect students all over the globe with exceptional educational experiences.
