Mediation and Community Support (MACS)

MACS helps people resolve conflict and build understanding in workplaces, communities, families faith groups and schools.
We provide:
*Conflict Coaching to support individuals to explore different approaches to their conflict  in a safe way.
* Non-violent Communication practice to create clarity and provide tools to transform communication, conflict and relationships.
* Mediation through carefully planned meeting to help all involved to create their own workable, mutually acceptable solutions to problems.
* Facilitation processes to support groups to define and achieve goals.
* Training corses for all ages to increase the ability to work on conflict constructively
