  • Gwyneth is a great trainer. Warm, friendly and un-intimidating, she pushes you beyond your own mental limitations without you knowing. I had lost my motivation and enthusiasm for exercise so started working with her once a week and now love it. I would highly recommend if you want to exercise, but can't find the motivation to get back into it. This is a great place to start and build on.
