I absolutely love this place. Being in Luton, the cafe is out of London prices, so very very decent - it is also top quality, fresh and homemade.
As a creative venue it is inspired. So much space - under ground and up high. From really big rooms to lower ground dungeon-esque nooks.
It's only 20 minutes on the train from St Pancras, directly outside Luton train station when you arrive. You just can't not be delighted and ready to create when you enter this building.
