Bought a voucher for our daughter in Dec 2019. She attended her first lesson in Feb 2020. Then lockdown happened before we got using the remaining balance on the voucher. In Dec 2020 we were told that we could still use our voucher. We didn't book a lesson at that time and then we entered another lockdown.
