  • I approached Matt to be my personal trainer at my local gym in Petts Wood. So far, I've have had over 20 sessions with him and have certainly seen the improvement in strength, fitness & endurance that I was looking for.   • Very happy to have found Matt, clearly knows what he is doing & is personable too. He's crafted me a personalised routine after taking into account my lifestyle and fitness levels, I can feel myself getting fitter already. Matt's routines are great even if you have a limited space to work with, and don't require gym equipment to do (though he has also been able to work in exercises for the weights I own). Would thoroughly recommend.

  • Matt is incredible, and knows his stuff. I've seen results already and would definitely recommend him! He tailors workouts to suit your strengths (can do them anywhere!), and made it an enjoyable experience.
