  • I have been training with Ollie for about 9 months on an hour per week basis. I look forward to our sessions as Ollie leads me through a series of stretches, followed by various forms of strength training. He is great at setting me challenges in a way that allows me to progress reliably. Ollie also runs and has a wealth of knowledge in fitness and motivation. I always enjoy our chats! I am male, 63 and looking forward to more hiking holidays and improving my overall fitness.

  • I started training with Ollie as I was experiencing pain in my joints even after just a short run and was starting to lose my love of running. Within a few weeks of training with Ollie I have boosted my strength, speed and running distance and able to run without pain/injury. Looking forward to a half marathon soon, followed by a marathon!

  • I booked a PT session with Ollie to work on my upper body strength. Ollie quickly identified that I had a mobility issue with my shoulder and was able to adapt the workout for me so that it was still beneficial and I was able to concentrate on strength training around this. I was impressed by Ollie's knowledge and agility to adapt the workout for me - would definitely recommend.

He taught me the importance of mobility and strength- neither of which I had previously done and I recently ran a Half Marathon PB! Very happy with my results.
