  • Great training with Martin. My goal was to build up my strength for surgery, he was understanding and adaptive to any limitations and made sure sessions were balanced between hard work and fun. Post surgery was definitely better because of the program Martin put me through. I will definitely be booking sessions to get back to full strength and fitness once I am recovered

  • Martin is an excellent PT. I have trained with him twice a week for a year and made great progress. Before training with him my nutrition was very poor and I was extremely weak.
