Brilliant gym, great atmosphere and very welcoming no matter your fitness level. Lots of different classes to choose from. All PTs are great, I train particularly with Stevy who is brilliant trainer and very motivating!
Great gym. Nice community feel with friendly trainers and staff. Very cheap for what you get! Lots of classes if you're interested and a good range of free weights as well.
A non intimidating gym with fantastic atmosphere and flexible opening hours. Friendly and professional trainers on hand to give advice on your gym techniques as well as nutritional advice - all of which gives great results. Well worth a membership !
Great gym for all levels. Friendly knowledgeable staff who take time to make all their clients feel welcome. I highly recommend this gym and have never looked back from starting weights.
