I used them for a personal trainer and it wasn’t the best experience I’ve had; to the point I dreaded going to a session. The individual was nice enough but I thought they lacked knowledge on how to plan a programme for individuals with different health conditions- one plan certainly doesn’t fit all.
The gym itself is what you can expect of a small privately owned gym, plenty outdoor space too.
