  • I've been to gym's over the years but there is no where like this. Only place I've ever stuck with. Max is very inspirational and the whole team are fantastic. Can't recommend enough!

I’ve always been a fit/sporty person but let myself go (massively) during lockdown and covid etc. I was apprehensive about the ‘bootcamp’ element given the training I have already done and the levels I have already achieved.   • First bootcamp done today, was abit nervous because I haven't done any exercise for over 1year but trainers are amazing. Really welcoming, always making sure I knew what I was doing and adjusting anything I found difficult. Intense workout definitely felt it after but worth it. Best place to workout!

  • I have been attending Max Fitness Bootcamps for over 18 months now. My fitness has improved significantly during this time this has helped my performance in the football squash and road cycling. Not only this but my mental health is much better. What I like about the gym is that the coaches are constantly looking for new ways to challenge you with new exercises, equipment and competition.
