He provides expert and practical guidance on a wide range of issues and has massively helped me increase my strength, flexibility and overall fitness during that time. Sessions are enjoyable whilst also feeling as if they are taking you closer to your personal goals (whatever they may be). He's easy to spend time with and I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone looking for P.T.

  • Max was recommend to me as an excellent triathlon coach to refer my clients to once they'd completed their injury rehabilitation. He hasn’t disappointed. I've found him to have an in depth knowledge of triathlon coaching, S & C and sports nutrition. He has a very pragmatic view of training whilst incorporating new developments such as EMS into his coaching, a combination that's very difficult to find. To top it off he’s a great bloke and a pleasure to spend time with. Thoroughly recommended.
