  • Matt is fantastic! I don’t just have a bad back, I have a condition called EDS and I’ve had 2 c-sections (one badly botched which has ruined my core and my back) too.   • I have just had another session with Matt and came away as usual feeling motivated and positive about what was achieved and what an be achieved in future. Matt works collaboratively with you to really get you to the place where you want to be. Can't recommend enough!

  • I've had the pleasure of being trained by Matt. I particularly like that classes/sessions we're targeted to improve fitness and strength without realising it 😉. Matt also looked into my nutritional habits and suggested ways in which they could be improved. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Matt. He's friendly and funny and professional. It's nice to feel at ease with a trainer as often gyms can be intimidating places when you're starting your fitness journey.
