This is a very good dojo with a friendly atmosphere where I always enjoy the classes. Daren Sensei is a knowledgeable, patient teacher and will often explain the benefits of doing something in a specific way, and the real-world applications of a technique. Best decision I've ever made really:) I sheepishly enquired, feeling very nervous and was thoroughly reassured! I've now been going for months (pandemic permitting) and I've even gotten my yellow belt! I've made wonderful friends and the sensei is truly great, very knowledgeable, really puts me at ease, and definitely makes me want to do better! Thoroughly recommend!!

Sensei Daren has an excellent knowledge of Karate and his classes are always engaging and provide a really good environment for students to learn and develop. A fantastic Dojo!
