Nice place. Good setup. Bit awkward to get out of when busy. Turn right when exiting if possible when it's busy. A 5 minute longer route will save you 10 minutes queuing at the lights.

The second year running we have attended the matlock Rugby Club firework extravaganza. The parking is well organised, and tickets can be scanned from your phone. The grounds can get very muddy so wear sensible clothes & shoes (it is a rugby pitch after all!) Food and drink stalls and a few fairground rides/stalls. Great place to stay on the field with c and c club. Walking meet so plenty of walking to be done if you were interested or cycling. Nxt to a canal plenty of history and nice village near to visit.
