inGeniusly offers courses for professionals and business owners who want to take their careers to the next level. 

We help you use your brain better by learning 12 different skills that can maximise your performance at work and in different areas of your life. 

One of such skills is MEMORY. inGenius Memory is a course which aims to explore the characteristics of your memory and teach you effective techniques for memorising information quickly and retaining it in the long term. You will learn:

• How your memory works and why you often forget important information

• The 3 Pillars of memory  

• The Velcro technique, which forms the foundation for effective memory retention

• How to use the Memory Palace in the most effective way

• How to memorise a speech

• How to remember numbers and formulae

• How to memorise notes and concepts, difficult words and definitions

• Long-term memory techniques

Through practical exercises, you will discover how to enhance your memory performance by using proven memorisation techniques. 

This module will also provide you with tips on how to make the process of memorisation more engaging and enjoyable, so you can retain information effortlessly.

PROGRAMME DURATION

BREAKDOWN OF THE PROGRAMME

Our programme is composed of 3 steps that are designed to make sure you not only achieve incredible results, but you also make these techniques second nature, so they become part of your everyday life.

1. Initial Assessment: 

This is our proprietary Inner Genius Assessment where we will identify your strengths and also your hidden roadblocks (everyone has some, and knowledge is power!), in order to create your unique roadmap to get you to the results you desire. 

Duration:

• 75 minutes for you to take the assessment

•  1 hour meeting with one of our Mentors to deliver the results
  

2. Bootcamp: 

In this 2.5-day intensive course we delve into the 5 foundational skills that serve as a basis to develop any advanced skill, including your memory. With a very practical, innovative approach, we will work on increasing your focus, lateral thinking, critical thinking, observation skills and problem solving. The most common words people have used to describe the Bootcamp are “eye-opening” and “immediate results”.

• Available in-person in Central London or online

• Timings: Friday 4 pm-9 pm, Saturday 10 am-7 pm, Sunday 10 am-7 pm

• In case the proposed starting date doesn't work for you, please be aware that a new Bootcamp begins every 2 months

3. inGenius Memory Module: 

After the Bootcamp, you will be ready to learn how to supercharge your memory, through an in-depth work with a personal Mentor that you will be meeting 1-2-1 for 7 sessions

• 7 weekly 1-2-1 sessions with a mentor

• 205 minutes of video content (plus time for exercises) to complete within 2 months
  

• You will retain access to the videos after your course ends
