  • I have enjoyed fantastic results training with Martin at the Central YMCA club, and have continued to work with him remotely during the current 'lockdown' situation. Nothing beats the face-to-face interaction though, so I can't wait to get back in the gym!

  • i have been training with Martin for nearly 2 years now, and i only have the most positive things to say. whatever your training goal (i went from needing to recover from injury, to wanting to loose weight, to now wanting to gain strength), he will create customised programmes, explain why you are doing what he is asking you to do, and give you his full undivided attention while going through the programme. every session is challenging and safe at the same time - and fun!

  • Martin really helped boost my love for training again. I have a few previous injuries and he was really great with helping me not just work around them but to make them stronger. I was new to lifting heavier weights and Martin helped me feel comfortable so that when I was not training with him I felt confident in the weight room. Thanks again Martin!

  • I've been training with Martin for 5 months, initially in a bid to loose weight but now for the purpose of toning and learning the art of discipline within training. Before Martin I was a 'seasonal' exerciser, just running and swimming in the summer months, now I am fully committed and look forward to training 3 times a week. I've toned up, lost weight but most importantly have learned the importance of keeping fit and sticking to a balanced diet. I've got a kick out of seeing how far I can ...
