This company stole money from me. I set up payment plan in February to make 2 payments in March and April by direct debit to include their ridiculous charges for the minimal, subpar work they do on top of a TfL fine. The money came out at the start of March and yet at the start of April, some oddball turned up on my doorstep claiming to be an "enforcement officer" and telling me it was "car seizing day". Trying to sort a parking charge, download app which says internal error. Sat on hold for 30mins to then be transferred and now currently on hold for an hour, called on another phone whilst waiting and I’m que position 11 to get back through to initial department. Got back through and told I have to wait on hold, I’m currently on 1:15mins 😂 Almost like they don’t want to let me sort it so a baliff can be sent. Awful.

Man literally forced himself into our home while we were upstairs asleep with kids and dogs in the house! No knock or anything, didn’t show ID or warrant until police showed up, refused to leave or even step out the door until money was paid that we weren’t told was owed! Halton Borough Council have hired these goons to enforce unpaid bridge tolls without making a proper attempt to contact me. Lied about my situation. Forced me to pay £381 for a £2 bridge toll. Mr John Morera had out of date information, told me incorrect information and honestly it’s gonna save us both time and yourself money, to immediately return me that £381. You better believe I am gonna get it back in full.

Bailiff arrived today after I had missed one payment of £49 on payment plan. A payment I had attempted to make via phone but could not get through as they never answer the phone!
