  • I attend Move Better Boot Camp @ Tredegar Leisure centre on a Saturday morning. I didn't know what to expect from this class. It's totally different from my usual classes. I love it!! Mark teaches simple movements that strengthen your balance , posture, etc who would think standing on one leg throwing a ball to your partner would be so challenging 😄 it changes every week so a full body workout is achieved. the class is fun to be a part of and growing in numbers now, which is great.
