Maria has been my personal trainer over the last 5 weeks and I have thoroughly enjoyed my training sessions. Maria is very reliable and available for any questions with regards to exercise, diet and lifestyle change. I feel I have achieved many of my goals and feel upbeat with regard to my progress. I lost 4.5 stone with this trainer. Fantastic and so professional, she really knows her stuff. Went to one of her public spinning classes today, it was a special rock event so lots of interesting music that works really well on a bike. Would HIGHLY recommend!

Maria has been amazing support. Over the years I’ve tried countless personal trainers but Maria was the first one that instantly made me feel welcome and really helped me to meet my goals (and to stick to them after finishing my plan with her!) She was realistic and super supportive.
